Although Virgil and Jeremy only did a small remodel/repair job they were very knowledgeable and prompt. The finished product was much better then I expected and is a vast improvement from the original construction. I will not hesitate to call Virgil and Jeremy for my next project. GAF/ELK WARRANTY:
GAF/ELK stands by their products and offers Warranty Coverage. This warranty includes a 100% coverage period, pro-rated coverage (after the 100% coverage period), roofing system coverage, installation cost coverage, and a transferable warranty. Warranty’s can vary from a Non Pro-Rated 20 year Warranty to a Non Pro-Rated Lifetime Warranty. Both Jeremy and Virgil of Schauer Construction Inc. of Glencoe are GAF/ELK Certified Roofing Installers. Therefore, all roofs installed by Schauer Construction are covered by the GAF/ELK Warranty. Many Shingle companies offer a long term warranty but what they don’t tell you is that only the pro-rated cost of the shingle is covered. Their warranty typically does not include accessories or labor. Our warranties cover all of those aspects and more!

FINANCING:
At Schauer Construction, Inc. we are able to offer financing programs with special services and rates for our qualified customers. Our financing requires no application paperwork and is a loan-by-phone application process directly with the customer. This includes a credit decision generally within 10 minutes. The loan amounts range from $1,000 to $30,000 and the repayment terms from 1-10 years. Both secured and non-secured loan options are also available! One of the most popular programs we offer is the 6 Month Same As Cash. This is not a LOAN but a payment OPTION, it allows the customer the cash for a project up front with no money down from their pocket, no payments and 6 months to pay the option in full! This financing can be used for all types of home improvement projects and not just for products that GAF/ELK offers and can include projects like windows, siding, roofing, etc. Please contact Virgil or Jeremy with your project needs!
